Tri County Realty Inc. is located in the heart of Southern Illinois, close to where Randolph, Jackson, and Perry Counties intersect. Our office is located just north-west of Ava on Illinois Rt. 4 with Kinkaid Lake and Shawnee National Forest just south-east of the office.
We have served the real estate community for decades, starting business in 1989. Our services include selling homes, recreational ground, farms, and commercial properties. Our methods of marketing include conventional brokerage, auctions, and networking. We also offer computerized services which increase our listing and selling success. These services include membership to the Egyptian Multiple Listing Service (MLS), which links real estate agencies across Southern Illinois. We are also a member of Belleville MLS which connects Belleville and the surrounding area.
